Alexia is very knowledgeable about the market and the process. Not only did she list our home in such a manner that got us several offers within hours of the listing (the staging and marketing of the home were top notch) but she kept us up to date with every step of the process and handled all of the hard parts of the process and unexpected changes as well. Even after the closing Alexia has been available for questions. We used her for both the selling of our old home and purchasing of our new home and seeing/hearing of the experiences of others going through the process I can hands down say that Alexia is without a doubt the best in the field. She makes the process easy for her clients such that I wish that the house purchasing/selling process could be done more often due to her expertise.
